An engaging facilitator, George is known for his analytical skills, his experience and knowledge base and his ability to turn complex organisational issues into simple practical solutions. He has over 18 years in industry and over 12 years experience in coaching leaders at Board Room level.
He was Principal Consultant at KPMG Consulting in the Information, Communications and Entertainment sectors. He holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University and is a Chartered Psychologist in occupational and sports psychology with the British Psychological Society.
Professor Peter Hawkins Ph.D. is a global thought leader in Systemic Team Coaching and coaching supervision. He has been a team coach for over 40 years and now runs training and supervises Systemic Team Coaches in over 50 countries through Renewal Associates and AOEC. He is Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School and is on the board of several consultancy businesses.
Tom works alongside Saberr to help shape the design of our digital coaching. This requires an intimate knowledge of team behaviours as well as how technology can nudge teams into better habits. Tom has over 22 years experience working with global corporations, government, NGOs and charities. He worked in brand and business innovation for 15 years with P&G, WPP and Oliver Wyman and is a coach, designer, consultant or mentor to teams in a range of global businesses.
