We’ve launched CoachBot! An intelligent digital coach, that provides personalised and actionable coaching for your team.
Following years of research and months of closed beta testing CoachBot is here.
CoachBot is an AI coach designed to help teams work well together by focussing on six key aspects of teamwork.
Similarly to a human coach, CoachBot helps teams identify challenges they might be facing and suggests ways to improve.
Teams work with CoachBot to create a development plan, then have access to toolkits, exercises, bite sized learning or even a real human coaches to help them improve.
The interactive bot is built for team members rather than HR staff. Instead of providing dashboard full of a list of issues to management, there’s no time wasted gathering data on a huge scale, teams can work on what’s most important to them, in their own time, wherever they are.
CoachBot enables the team to take immediate action on to work through the issues they’ve identified at a time, and in the order that suits them best. It gives employees not just the autonomy and responsibility but also the tools to help themselves.
CoachBot is already being used by teams at 11 companies including Unilever, Logitech, and the Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT).
The CoachBot experience starts with a chatbot-style conversation to unearth what’s going on in the team by asking team members simple questions about their communication style, work goals and team dynamics.
CoachBot collates this information into a bespoke report for the team to show areas the team would benefit from focusing on.
From there, CoachBot actions a development plan for the team, which includes recommended toolkits, exercises, bite-sized learning or even a human coach if required.
The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT), which provides mental health and learning disability services in Hertfordshire, are working with us on a 12-month pilot to measure CoachBot’s impact on the performance and engagement of their inpatient teams, tracking engagement scores, performance reviews and even patient outcomes.
Director of Service Delivery & Service User Experience at HPFT, Jess Lievesley
“We are delighted to be working with Saberr and the EAHSN to explore the benefits of CoachBot within our working environments. It has great potential for us because it offers bitesize coaching that the teams can work on at a time that suits them. It means we don’t have to take days out of service for long courses and if we need to move things around due to patient needs we can do so without incurring extra cost."
Victoria Corbishley, Director of the Eastern Academic Health Science Network
“It’s critical that we improve the working environment for NHS staff and we are immensely proud to be the first public sector organisation in the UK to use Coachbot. What really stood out about Saberr was their data driven approach and the huge amount of research at their fingertips regarding what makes an effective team.”
It’s extremely exciting that we’re at a point where we’re able to provide team coaching through artificially intelligent software that continually learns from users and can scale that learning across an organisation. As team members continue to interact with CoachBot, the data gleaned will allow their conversations to become more bespoke and mirror that of a human conversation.
At Saberr we strongly believe that, rather than replacing the role of humans, AI solutions like CoachBot will allow HR staff to take on more consultative roles. Many HR teams and coaches are working in tandem with CoachBot to coach teams to better performance.
