What is authoritarian leadership?
Authoritarian leadership, also known as autocratic leadership, is a command and control style of, focused on top-down decision making.
Authoritarian leaders typically won't consult team members and will make decisions without any input from their team. If employed long term, this style of leadership is generally ineffective and can result in a negative team culture.
