What is inclusive leadership?
Inclusive leadership is a leadership style adopted by leaders who are aware of their own biases and preferences, and take steps to mitigate them.
Inclusive leaders will also intentionally seek out and consider different perspectives to better inform their decision making, treat all team members equally, and ensure that everyone is heard, respected, and valued.
