One-to-one Meeting Definition

What are one-to-ones?

One-to-one's, also referred to as one-on-one's or 1:1s, are a type of meeting that takes place between a manager and a team member.

They are often regular, scheduled check-ins that provide both parties with a space to set and review development goals, share feedback, provide coaching, check in on wellbeing, ask questions, raise concerns and provide status updates.
