What is psychological safety?

Psychological safety is a shared belief amongst members of a team that they won't be be rejected, punished, or humiliated for speaking up, for asking questioins, for challenging ideas, for voicing concerns, or for admitting mistakes.

It is one of the biggest drivers of team performance.
