What is team profiling?

Team profiling is a method used by organizations to identify the collective qualities and attributes of all members of a team.

Measures often include attributes such as their personality, strengths, weaknesses, values and drivers. Often this information is gathered to determine where the team is most effective, and where it needs developing.
