A critical phase is the connection with participants in the program. We take care to design very human connections so that initial engagement with participants is warm and engaging. We also build in feedback loops.
Continued support
The whole point of our programs is that they offer continued support. Rome wasn’t built in a day and leaders are not formed overnight. Because our programs are designed with ongoing support in mind we see enduring value at the end.
